Debra Russo is a seasoned property manager and real estate expert with a passion for delivering exceptional service throughout the Hudson Valley. She founded Hudson Stay to bring her background in custom closet design and property management together, giving property owners a partner who handles every detail — from renovations to day-to-day maintenance — with precision and care. Her deep knowledge of both the Hudson Valley and New York City real estate markets gives her a unique edge in serving clients across the region.

Zuzia Slusarczyk, Director of Operations

Zuzia brings over a decade of hands-on property and event management experience to Hudson Stay. For more than 10 years, she served as property manager for a renowned historic castle in the Hudson Valley, overseeing staff and leading major renovation projects. As an experienced event planner, she’s built strong relationships with a diverse network of trusted vendors — expertise she now channels into coordinating seamless, reliable service for Hudson Stay members.

Peter Allen, Construction & Renovations Project Manager

A Hudson Valley native and military veteran, Peter brings discipline and hands-on expertise to every project. He works alongside his family’s construction business, where he manages complete site development, luxury pool installations, and home renovations of every scale — bringing that same craftsmanship and reliability to Hudson Stay’s vendor network.
